The file is 3813K in size and using a 28.8K modem will take aprox. 23 minutes However if you have a 56K modem then the time should be halved.

The 'Timetrial' records can be unwieldy so once viewed I recommend the use of autofilter. From the Data menu select Filter and then autofilter. This will add a down arrow box into the column headings of each column. To use autofilter merely click upon one of the down arrows.

For example to view only 10 mile records click upon the down arrow in the Distance column header and select '10 miles' this will display only 10 mile records, for Senior Men, Junior men, Schoolboys etc.

If you only wanted to view Senior Men's 10 mile records then select the down arrow in the Category column header and select 'Senior Men'

If you wanted to view all Senior Men's records select the down arrow in the distance column header and select all.

Remember to deselect (select all) in columns where no restriction is to apply.
